Cannot Access cPanel, FTP, email, etc...

All servers will block you from accessing any service you attempt to access and fail multiple times.  The duration of the block is 30 minutes. All servers have been setup this way for security.

If you forgot your password for cPanel, you may easly reset it by login into the Client Area and follow the steps below

  1. Once loged into the Client Area with your username and password. Click "Services" in the top menu bar and then "My Services"
  2. Click "View Details" for the Product/Service you wish to reset the password for.
  3. Click "Change Password"
  4. Choose your new desired password
  5. Click "Save Changes"
  6. You may now login to your cPanel account using your new password
